Cook Ireland Racing
Cook Ireland Racing is very much a family team. Graeme Ireland raced Go-Karts at the age of 13-14 and then got into drifting in 2012. After 7 years out of motorsport he re-entered karting racing alongside his brothers @ Indy 800 racing series. Coming down to the last race of the year, he ended up 3rd whilst fighting for a 2nd place championship position. In 2020 he has entered the APRA NSW Racing series in his #55 N14 SSS Nissan Pulsar. Zac Cook had his first year in karts in 2019 @ Indy 800, entering the Senior Clubman Light class. In his first year he won his class and also club champion (most points accrued in a single class). Tyler Cook also had his first year in karts in 2019 @ Indy 800, however this was only a partial year due to other sporting commitments. Stephen Cook is head engineer/mechanic for the team and occasionally gets out in his #55 Mazda MX5 cup car, looking to race this in 2020. Louise Cook is the most fundamental part of our team, organising everything behind the scenes and ensuring our days go as smoothly as possible, Thanks Louise! Part time mechanic is Rowan Ireland who comes down to race and is looking to be apart of the 24 hours Endurance Karting team.
