Can I come in store to pay?

Yes you can come into our showroom, we have cash and eftpos available, just double check you come visit us during our showroom trading hours (here)

Is it safe to enter my credit card details via Stripe?

Stripe is perfectly safe to use on our website, we never ever have access to your credit card information, only Stripe can see these details when you click "confirm purchase".

Are Stripe payments safe?

Yes, Stripe payments are guaranteed to be safe and secured, protected by 256bit encryption. We never have access to your credit card details, nor can we ever see your credit card details when you enter them on our checkout page (only Stripe can ever see those details when you make the payment by clicking "confirm").

How can I place an order?

Simply go to our shop now tab, add your items to the shopping cart, checkout and fill out your shipping details & proceed to make payment.

What payments does Platinum Potions accept for online orders?

We only accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, payments can be made through Stripe, you do NOT need a Stripe account to make a purchase with us.

Do I need a Stripe account to make a payment?

No you do not need to register with Stripe, you can simply enter your credit/debit card details in the payment gateway located on the checkout page.

Does Platinum Potions have access to any of my credit/debit card information?

Platinum Potions NEVER has access to your credit/debit card information, this is between you and our payment providers (Stripe). In addition our website is protected with a SSL Secure Sockets Layer which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

Can I change my order if it has not been shipped yet?

Yes you can, but you must contact us via email ASAP, however if we have already shipped your order out it is too late to change it up.

Can I get a free bottle if I order more than 1 bottle?

Unfortunately if we do someone here will get docked, so our answer remains a no, LOL!

I have a discount code, where can I use it?

When you go to the checkout page we have a box that has the text "Enter your Coupon code", simply enter the code & click save & the discount will be applied to your order. 

Do note: Our discount codes are case sensitive.

How can I get a discount/coupon code?

Follow our social media pages and keep an eye out on our posts as we very rarely have sales throughout the year.
