With the mercury rising, sun blazing and Christmas right around corner, we decided to take an early mark and an extended holiday break. Our showroom and HQ's is now CLOSED and will re-open on the 22nd January 2025.

We are still accepting online orders, however all orders will be shipped out on the 22/01/2025, if you need to purchase our products, please do support any of our stockists.

Does Platinum Potions accept refunds?

We do accept refunds for:

- Goods that are damaged in transit.

- Goods that are deemed faulty.

- Change of mind within 14 days, goods must not be used and must be in a re-sellable condition. However we cannot refund and/or refund you for postage costs due to change of mind.
