When will I get my tracking number?

Once you place your order online, we will email you the tracking number within 2 business days (excluding public holidays).

When will my order ship?

Due to the high volume of online orders we receive on a daily biases and us being absolutely jammed manufacturing daily, we can no longer offer same day shipping. When you place on online order with us, we require 2-3 business days (excluding long weekends & public holidays) to ship your order out of our headquarters.

If you would like to purchase our Potions rather urgently, we strongly suggest you support and purchase from one of our dealers as some of them offer same day shipping.

How much is postage?

Orders under $150, postage cost is calculated at checkout.

Orders over $150 get free shipping.

Signature on delivery can be selected at a cost of $2.95 for orders under $150, otherwise if you order is over $150 sign on delivery can be selected for free.

Can I select signature on delivery?

Yes you can, it is $2.95 for orders under $150 or free for orders over $150.

How long will it take for my order to arrive to me?

Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by a courier, the transit time until it is delivered to your door varies, transit times are totally out of our control. The average transit times as of November 2021 are below:

• Metropolitan Transit Times (NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & QLD) = 2-15 business days
• Metropolitan Transit Times (WA, NT & TAS) = 5-21 business days
• Country, Rural, Regional & Remote Access Areas Transit Times = 2-5 weeks
