Online Orders Processing Times:
We require 2-3 business days to pick, pack and organise the courier to pick up from our warehouse.
If you order and pay online on a Friday afternoon, it could be the coming Wednesday until your order is picked up from our warehouse by one of our couriers.
Once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by a courier, the transit time until it is delivered to your door varies, transit times are totally out of our control. The average transit times with Australia Post are as follows:
Metropolitan Transit Times (NSW, ACT, VIC, SA & QLD): 2-14 business days
Metropolitan Transit Times (WA, NT & TAS): 5-21 business days
Country, Rural, Regional & Remote Access Areas Transit Times: 2-5 weeks
Delays in Transit:
Delays sometimes happen and we truly hate it when they do happen. Please keep in mind that delays in transit are totally out of our control, we do our best to keep an eye on every single shipment and follow-up with every single delay we see. In addition to above transit times, it is considered ‘normal’ with Australia Post to have ‘late parcels’ take an additional 3-14 business days (on-top of the above transit times) to get delivered.
If your parcel is delayed, we cannot send out a replacement parcel, nor can we refund you for shipping and/or your order. We have to wait until Australia Post either delivers the parcel OR deems it as ‘lost or stolen’. If deemed lost or stolen by Australia Post, we will 100% refund you OR send you out another parcel completely free of charge.

Shipping costs for orders under $150 are calculated at checkout, the price is calculated based on your location and weight/size of your parcel.
Sign on delivery additional $2.95 for orders under $150, otherwise free for orders over $150.
PO Boxes, GPO Boxes, Locked/Private Bags & Parcel Lockers
We now use Australia Post and can ship to these locations.
For large/bulky deliveries we will split your order into separate shipments if necessary.

Here at Platinum Potions, we take great pride in making sure your order contains exactly what you ordered and we take great pride in carefully wrapping each and every bottle just for you to ensure it arrives to you the same way it left us.
We keep things simple here:
Occasionally once in a blue moon your package gets handled un-professionally, we totally understand your frustration (it’s twice the work for us when this happens). If in the event your package is leaking don’t open it, take a picture, contact us or refuse to accept delivery. Please contact us ASAP with a picture and we will get a new package sent out to you or if you find your triggers are damaged please contact us so we can send you out new triggers ASAP.
Shipping Terms & Conditions:
If you the consumer choose to have your parcel left in a safe place, you hereby agree and accept our courier partners will leave your package at the shipping address provided by you un-attended, you also agree and hereby accept that if your package shows it has been delivered by our postage provider and network, Platinum Potions Pty Ltd and any of Platinum Potions payment providers can NOT and will NOT be held accountable or liable if your package goes missing/stolen and/or is damaged whilst not in your possession. If you do not agree to this you must select not tick "authority to leave" check box during checkout to be covered for missing/stolen/damaged parcels.
